When you purchase a Bat & Bar Mitzvah Plaque, like every other Small Signs product, our shopping cart collects your order Information: order details, name, email address, mailing and delivery address, telephone and fax numbers. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. Your billing information is collected by PayPal, our secure payment provider and it will be processed by PayPal for billing purposes only. Your billing information will not be transferred to Small Signs. PayPal is a Better Business Bureau Member company that collects payments for hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide. If you see a charge by "PAYPAL*SMALLSIGNS" on your credit card monthly statement, it means that you or a member of your family purchased a Small Signs product. See also PayPal's Privacy statement.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act
Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Our refund policy
Every item we ship has been made with love and responsibility! Besides, it has been carefully inspected before shipping. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, or you are not satisfied, please let us know by mail within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will provide a complete refund without penalties upon sending us a picture of the damaged product or having sent it back, properly wrapped, to:

Fast turnaround
We are committed to accomplish your order in 3 days starting from the day after order receipt. Our shipping days are Monday and Thursday except in case of a rush request.
Shipping carrier
Unless otherwise requested, we usually ship our packages, nationally and internationally, using the services of "Israel Post", the Israeli postal service, which works with the national postal service of the recipient's country (like USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail...).
Delivery time
To most world destinations, delivery time is usually 10/14 days via Registered mail or up to 5 days via Express mail. All products are safely packaged and fully insured against mail loss or damage.

1) Registered mail
Always traceable online at Israeli Post, but traceable at USPS only after having reached the recipient's postal office for delivery.
To USA Registered mail takes usually less than 2 weeks.
2) Express Mail Service
Always traceable online at Israeli Post and at USPS.
To all destinations EMS takes up to 5 days (usually less).
